All orders are shipped from our Bacchus Marsh studio

    When placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive another email when your parcel has been shipped/ready for pick up. 

    If you have paid for shipping, the shipping confirmation email will have your Sendle tracking number which you can use to track your parcel here or Australia Post here

    Shipping within Australia is weight based, however when you order reaches $100.00 or more then shipping is FREE (Australia only).

    Shipping to New Zealand: Shipping is weight based however once your order reaches $150.00 (in your local currency) then shipping is FREE

    Shipping to U.S & Canada: Shipping is weight based however once your order reaches $150.00 (in your local currency) then shipping is FREE

    Divinity & Co do not take any responsibility to damage caused to your package or any loss of your items during delivery. On our end, we make sure each parcel is thoroughly packed and each of our parcels are clearly labelled. Please also note that we are not liable for delayed shipping once the parcel is picked up from us.
