Returns + Exchange
Returns must be made within 30 days and must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange after the 30 day period.
To be entitled to a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Sale items
- Gift vouchers
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, free of charge. If you need to exchange an item due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all postage costs and any difference in the cost of the exchanged product.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning an item due to change of mind (both returning the original product to us and to cover the cost of shipping the new product to you). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange due to a damaged or faulty product, or because of our error, the cost of return shipping will be provided as a credit in your online account.
