We do not charge extra for creating your label design for you (although you are welcome to send us a design you would like us to send to our label printer instead)
Candle orders themselves carry a turnaround time (manufacturing & curing) of 2 weeks and will be shipped through Sendle (Shipping costs will be quoted at order stage based on weight and destination) This also allows sufficient time for order and preparation of label printing and delivery to us. We will, at no extra charge, apply and box all orders so your items are shelf ready once you receive them! Please know that shipping times can vary greatly due to conditions out of our control. We will endeavour to keep you updated with any delays and ask that all orders are placed with enough time to account for any such delays. Rush orders can be accepted on a case-by-case basis and will carry a 10% surcharge of the order total prior to manufacturing.
To begin with, we will require 50% upfront payment to begin production with the balance to be paid prior to shipment. After 6 months, we welcome clients to contact us to discuss the possibility of invoicing on 30 day terms (terms & conditions apply)
NOTE: Our suppliers and manufacturers are experiencing delays in receiving raw materials into Australia. At present, we have not been given a timeframe for new products being made available and are working on limited stock Australia wide. Please do not send any payments to us until we can confirm that we have the stock required for your order.
